Expeditor Cum Logistic Assistant (Female)

We are looking for an Energetic and Self-motivated Candidate (Female) for an Oil and Gas Company in Abu Dhabi.

Qualification :

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical /Mechanical/Instrumentation Preferred.
• Should be based in Abu Dhabi, Mussafah/Shabiya.
• Good Communication skills are Mandatory.
• Should have the capability to Handle Duties independently.
• Should have basic knowledge about Electrical, Instrumentation and Mechanical .
• Good Knowledge in MS office (Word/Excel/Powerpoint).

Duties:

• Evaluation of Purchase Order from the Client.
• Coordinating with client and supplies regarding the technical aspects of the LPO.
• Issuance of PO to sub vendors.
• Coordinating with sub-vendors on product delivery.
• Arranging the collection of products from local and overseas manufacturers.Arranging delivery of the product to Client Store.Keeping track of ASN ,GRN and Orders in SAP.
• Updating the client with the status of each order.
• Should handle complete duties from PO issuance to Supplier, until delivery of the products to the Client Store and invoicing.
• Keeping track of all the orders received from the client, orders placed to the supplies and delivery date of each orders.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
