Experience Accountant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly skilled Accountant to manage financial records, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and support financial decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Manage accounts payable/receivable, payroll processing, and general ledger entries.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal tax regulations; prepare and file tax returns.
  • Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings and reconciliations.
  • Perform budget analysis and forecasting to support financial planning.
  • Assist in internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
  • Utilize accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) to maintain records.
  • Collaborate with management to support strategic financial decisions.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA, ACCA) is a plus.
  • years of experience in accounting or a related role (adjust based on seniority).
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP/IFRS and tax regulations.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
