Experience Bartender

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced craft cocktail bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, engaging with customers, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes or customer preferences.
• Engage with customers, take drink orders, and provide recommendations based on their preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food safety standards.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service during busy periods or events.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.

Skills

• Strong math skills, including retail math for accurate cash handling and inventory management.
• Experience in sales to effectively promote specials or new menu items to customers.
• Time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours efficiently.
• Knowledge of catering services is a plus for events and large gatherings.
• Familiarity with brewing techniques if serving craft beers or specialty drinks.
• Experience in nightclub or bar environments is preferred for understanding fast-paced service dynamics.
• Background in food service to ensure seamless collaboration with kitchen staff and adherence to food safety practices.
