Experience Bartender/Mixologist

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
• Engage with customers, providing friendly service and recommendations based on their preferences.
• Handle cash transactions efficiently, ensuring accurate cash handling practices.
• Monitor inventory levels of beverages and supplies, assisting with ordering as needed.
• Adhere to food safety regulations and ensure compliance with health standards.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff during catering events to provide seamless service.
• Utilize Aloha POS system for processing orders and managing sales transactions effectively.

• Previous experience in the food industry or as a bartender is mandatory.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.

• Experience in catering or retail math is a plus, enhancing your ability to manage inventory effectively.
