Experience Call Center Representative

Responsibilities

  • Experienced call center representative with proven record of successfully handling 80+incoming calls daily, while coordinating outbound calls, and multitasking between handling CHAT, and the customer service email box.
  • Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
  • Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives
  • Responsible for completing outbound call campaigns to schedule service calls.
  • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile
  • Keep records of all conversations in our call center database
  • Frequently participate in on going inhouse training to improve knowledge and performance level
  • Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a high-volume call center
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening skills
  • Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
  • Advanced computer skills/proficient in Microsoft Office
  • High school degree

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
