Experience Dental Assistant

Round Rock Dental Group is a busy, privately owned dental practice seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Dental Assistant to join our growing team. We are a technology-driven practice committed to providing exceptional patient care in a positive, supportive, and fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, team-focused, and passionate about delivering outstanding patient experiences. Experience with digital dentistry, CAD/CAM technology, and intraoral scanning is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist dentists chairside during a variety of dental procedures
• Take digital radiographs and clinical photographs
• Scan patients using Planmeca and TRIOS technology
• Maintain accurate electronic patient records
• Prepare and sterilize treatment rooms and instruments
• Assist with laboratory procedures as needed
• Support patient education and treatment acceptance efforts
• Ensure compliance with all OSHA and infection control protocols

Qualifications

• Current Texas Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license
• Current X-Ray Certification
• Minimum of 1 year dental assisting experience (3+ years preferred)
• CAD/CAM experience preferred
• Coronal Polishing certification preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork

Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Scheduled hours may vary based on business needs.

Base Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
