Are you passionate about crafting seamless, customer-centric experiences? At Singtel, we're looking for a talented middle-weight Experience Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll collaborate with fellow designers and researchers to audit, reimagine, and design high-quality experiences that drive impactful changes for our customers.

Make an Impact by

• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to design experiences that bring positive impact to sales and customer journeys.
• Conducting user acceptance testing by experimenting with A/B or multi-variant testing to improve customer journeys
• Analyse data to inform decisions
• Create discussion guides and collaborate with research team for user studies.
• Understand design systems and effectively produce intuitive and engaging user interfaces.
• Ensure quality of design from concept to finish in UAT, BRT and Production environments.

Skills for Success

• Min Diploma / Degree, preferablyin digital media or digital product design, UXUI design
• Min 3-5 years of relevant working experience indigital UXUI design/product design (agency/inhouse)
• Proficient in Figma tool
• Proficient in user interface design (UI), user experience design (UX), and/orconcept ideation and prototyping
• Excellent communicator and collaborator
• Keen interest in design and the design community
• Bonus if have experience inagile methodology
