As a Dunkin Crew Member, you will be an essential part of our team, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have a delightful experience. Your role will involve food preparation, order taking, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. Duties

• Prepare food and beverages according to Dunkin standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
• Operate the Aloha POS or Micros POS systems efficiently to process customer orders accurately.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and responding to inquiries promptly.
• Upsell menu items to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining areas.
• Handle cash transactions accurately while adhering to cash handling procedures.
• Assist with bussing tables and maintaining a tidy café environment.
• Follow food safety guidelines to ensure all products are handled safely and stored correctly.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.

Skills

• Previous experience in food service or quick service & fast food restaurant settings is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with guests positively.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing cash effectively.
• Time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods.
• Culinary experience is a plus, along with knowledge of food handling and safety practices.
• Familiarity with POS systems (Aloha or Micros) is beneficial but not required; training will be provided.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
