Now Hiring: Experienced MIG/Flux Core Welders – Temp-to-Permanent | 1st or 2nd Shift | Fort Smith, AR
We are seeking highly skilled and dependable welders for a key client in Fort Smith. We’re looking for experienced professionals who can work independently with minimal supervision and deliver high-quality results.
Position: MIG/Flux Core Welder (Temp-to-Permanent)
Location: Fort Smith, AR
Shift: 1st or 2nd Shift (Full-Time) 10 hour days, Every other Saturday
Pay: Base $16 to $18
Key Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of welding experience
• Strong proficiency in MIG and Flux Core welding (required)
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Must be able to read a tape measure accurately
• Experience with layout, fit-up, and final fabrication
• Ability to work independently without constant oversight
• High level of attention to detail and strong work ethic

Requirements:

• Verifiable work history in welding and fabrication
• Must pass a drug screen
• Reliable transportation to and from the job site
