Experience HVAC Installer

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Installer to join our team, providing expert installation and maintenance of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge, construction experience, and a background in HVAC/R systems. This role involves working on diverse projects, including residential, commercial, and industrial settings, ensuring high-quality service and adherence to safety standards. Responsibilities

• Install, service, and repair HVAC systems including air conditioning units, boilers, refrigeration systems, and ammonia refrigeration equipment
• Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and HVAC design plans to ensure accurate installation
• Perform plumbing and electrical connections related to HVAC systems
• Conduct equipment repair and maintenance to ensure optimal operation
• Utilize tools such as ohmmeters for troubleshooting electrical issues
• Apply welding techniques when necessary for system assembly or repair
• Diagnose mechanical issues using specialized equipment and mechanical knowledge
• Assist with property maintenance tasks related to HVAC systems and general building infrastructure
• Follow safety protocols during all installation and service activities
• Maintain detailed documentation of work performed and parts used

Skills

• Proven experience in construction, HVAC installation, or service technician roles
• Strong understanding of schematics, HVAC design principles, and refrigeration systems
• Mechanical aptitude with knowledge of plumbing, appliance repair, and boiler operation
• Familiarity with field service operations and equipment repair techniques
• Ability to operate diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters effectively
• Welding skills and experience with ammonia refrigeration are a plus
• Mechanical knowledge related to HVAC/R systems and property maintenance
• Valid <PERSON> driver’s license for transportation between job sites
• Experience with air conditioning systems, boiler maintenance, and general mechanical repairs
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics accurately
