About the Role
We are hiring an Experience Manager to oversee workplace experiences and events for a high-profile office property in Denver, CO. This role is highly visible and requires a creative, organized individual who thrives in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead planning and execution of tenant engagement events and programs.
- Serve as the on-site point of contact for all engagement initiatives.
- Coordinate vendors, staffing, proposals, and reporting.
- Develop community-building opportunities through wellness, cultural, and networking events.
- Manage part-time brand ambassadors or event staff.
- Ensure smooth event operations and provide recaps with actionable insights.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in hospitality, events, or experiential marketing.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to balance multiple priorities across stakeholders and programs.
- Tech-savvy with comfort in digital tools for scheduling, reporting, and communication.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $80K–$85K depending on experience.
- Benefits: medical, dental, vision after 90 days.

Schedule
- Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM, with events typically mid-week.
- On-site role with occasional flexibility for remote admin/reporting.
- Some evening activations may be required.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
