Landscape Construction Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Project Manager to join our growing landscape construction team. The ideal candidate is someone who can take full ownership of a project from start to finish — ensuring that every detail is executed with precision, professionalism, and pride.

You will be responsible for managing day-to-day field operations, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining project schedules, and ensuring all work meets our quality standards. This role requires someone who is hands-on, organized, and proactive, with the ability to solve problems on site and communicate clearly with both clients and team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects of residential and commercial landscape construction projects
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and crew members
• Ensure projects stay on schedule, on budget, and meet quality standards
• Order materials, track deliveries, and manage inventory on site
• Conduct site walkthroughs and progress meetings with clients
• Maintain a clean and safe jobsite at all times
• Troubleshoot on-site issues quickly and efficiently
• Report progress and updates to management team

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years experience in landscape construction or project management
• Strong understanding of landscape and hardscape installation methods
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and plans
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
• Self-motivated and able to work independently

Compensation: Competitive salary (based on experience) + bonuses for on-time project delivery

Pay: $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
