Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Dental Assistant to oversee our clinical operations and ensure the highest quality of patient care.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in general dentistry and dental assisting, with a focus on leading a team of clinical staff in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the clinical team, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance.
- Oversee daily clinical operations, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and aseptic techniques.
- Assist Dentists during procedures, including X-ray imaging and other diagnostic tasks.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and coding for patient records.
- Collaborate with other dental specialties, including endodontics, prosthodontics, general dentistry, and pediatrics as needed.
- Train new staff members on clinical procedures and office policies.
- Ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and sterilized according to industry standards.
- Address patient inquiries and provide exceptional customer service throughout their treatment journey.
Requirements
- Must have experience working as a Dental Assistant
- Certification in dental assisting is preferred.
- Proficient in X-ray techniques and medical documentation practices.
- Strong understanding of aseptic techniques and infection control protocols.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with patients and team members.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
