About the Opportunity

We’re looking for an experienced, relationship-driven Title Professional / Closer who’s ready for a more entrepreneurial environment.

What You’ll Do

• Manage residential and commercial real estate closings from contract to close.
• Communicate proactively with agents, lenders, buyers, and sellers.
• Review title commitments, clear title issues, and prepare closing documents.
• Conduct closings (in-office and remote).
• Identify opportunities to strengthen relationships and generate repeat business.
• Maintain accuracy, compliance, and exceptional customer service throughout.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in title, escrow, or closing services.
• Active Florida Title Agent license preferred.
• Existing real estate agent relationships or a personal book of business a plus.
• Tech-savvy and detail-oriented (Resware experience a bonus).
• Independent, proactive, and motivated to grow.

Compensation

• $60,000 - $90,000 base salary plus bonus potential.
• Full-time position, Monday through Friday.
• Benefits package available.

• Fort Myers, Florida. In-Person Only.
