We are seeking a passionate and dedicated EXPERIENCED Teacher to join our educational team. Duties
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and promote student learning.
- Educate students in various subjects, with a focus on foundational skills in Math and literacy.
- Conduct assessments and standardized testing to evaluate student progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly.
- Create a nurturing classroom environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and social interaction among students.
- Provide individualized tutoring and support to students as needed, ensuring each child’s unique needs are met.
- Utilize early intervention strategies to enhance learning experiences for all students.
- Maintain open communication with parents regarding student progress, classroom activities, and any concerns.
- Collaborate with other educators and staff to create a cohesive educational experience for students.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices.
- Proficiency in Math education techniques suitable for preschool-aged children.
- Experience with standardized testing procedures and assessment tools.
- Ability to create a structured yet flexible classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Familiarity with Montessori methods is preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational skills to manage classroom activities effectively.
