Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated EXPERIENCED Teacher to join our educational team. Duties

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and promote student learning.
• Educate students in various subjects, with a focus on foundational skills in Math and literacy.
• Conduct assessments and standardized testing to evaluate student progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly.
• Create a nurturing classroom environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and social interaction among students.
• Provide individualized tutoring and support to students as needed, ensuring each child’s unique needs are met.
• Utilize early intervention strategies to enhance learning experiences for all students.
• Maintain open communication with parents regarding student progress, classroom activities, and any concerns.
• Collaborate with other educators and staff to create a cohesive educational experience for students.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices.
• Proficiency in Math education techniques suitable for preschool-aged children.
• Experience with standardized testing procedures and assessment tools.
• Ability to create a structured yet flexible classroom environment conducive to learning.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Familiarity with Montessori methods is preferred but not required.
• Strong organizational skills to manage classroom activities effectively.
• Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for teaching young children.
