We are a hotel management office located in the Fremont neighborhood of Seattle looking for a professional, dependable, Experienced Accounting Assistant to join our team. This person needs to be incredibly organized and a very independent and proactive problem solver. Someone who will not hesitate to pick up the phone to call vendors or hotel management to help resolve issues.
About us! We assist hotel management staff with accounts payable, payroll, taxes and anything else we can. We currently work with 17 hotels in Western Washington, one hotel in Hawaii and a new hotel in Illinois. We are growing fast and need an additional staff member. Duties:
-
Review and record revenue. Work with management staff to resolve any errors in reported revenue.

Review, verify and process invoices and expense reports for payment.

Ensure timely payment of vendor invoices, following proper approvals and policies.

Respond to vendor inquiries.

Reconcile bank statements. Work with merchants and management staff to resolve any errors in credit card funding.

Prepare and process accounts payable payments

Reconcile balance accounts
Required Skills:

Experience with Quickbooks, Netsuite or a similar ERP is required.
