Looking for an individual with administrative experience, some experience with construction, willingness to drive within North & Central NJ to pick-up & delivery documents, experienced with Microsoft Office, Adobe and must be fluent in English & Spanish
Tasks will include filling out company documents (manually or digitally), organizing existing and new documents, calling vendors and customers, quoting projects, writing emails, filing documents, visiting job sites, organizing job reports and other typical administrative tasks.
Pay: $25.00 - $33.00 per hour
