Job Overview

Jack + Jill Aesthetics is seeking an experienced, motivated, and sales-driven Advanced Medical Aesthetician / Laser Technician to join our growing team.

This position is ideal for someone who is confident in the treatment room, highly knowledgeable in medical-grade skincare, and passionate about helping patients achieve real results through professional treatments and consistent at-home skincare.

The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of experience in medical aesthetics, extensive knowledge of ZO Skin Health, and the ability to create customized yearly treatment plans. This person must be comfortable educating patients, recommending skincare, discussing pricing, selling treatment packages, and promoting memberships.

This is not a passive treatment-room role. This is a clinical, sales-focused, and patient-retention role with aggressive monthly goals for skincare sales, service revenue, memberships, treatment plan conversions, and rebooking.

Key Responsibilities

The Advanced Medical Aesthetician / Laser Technician will be responsible for performing aesthetic and laser treatments within their training, licensure, delegated scope, manufacturer guidelines, Medical Director-approved protocols, and company standards.

Responsibilities include:

• Perform advanced aesthetic treatments, laser services, facials, peels, and approved skincare procedures with precision, safety, and professionalism
• Perform laser and device-based treatments according to training, protocols, manufacturer guidelines, and scope of practice
• Conduct patient consultations and evaluate skin concerns, goals, history, lifestyle, and treatment needs
• Create customized yearly treatment plans for patients based on skin condition, goals, recommended treatment frequency, and realistic outcomes
• Educate patients on the importance of consistent at-home skincare as part of their overall results
• Recommend ZO Skin Health products and protocols when clinically appropriate
• Confidently sell skincare, packages, treatment series, and memberships without being afraid to discuss pricing or patient investment
• Provide professional skincare product demonstrations and explain how products should be used
• Rebook patients before they leave the treatment room
• Follow up with patients to support compliance, retention, and long-term results
• Meet or exceed monthly goals for skincare sales, service revenue, memberships, rebooking, and treatment plan conversions
• Maintain complete and accurate treatment documentation in the patient chart
• Take required before and after photos
• Review contraindications, consents, treatment expectations, risks, benefits, and post-care instructions
• Maintain a clean, organized, sanitized, and professional treatment room
• Follow all OSHA, sanitation, infection control, safety, and clinical protocols
• Communicate clearly with providers, management, front desk, and other team members
• Support practice promotions, events, social media content, patient education, and internal marketing efforts as needed
• Stay current with treatment protocols, product knowledge, skincare trends, and industry advancements

Required Qualifications

Candidates must have:

• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in medical aesthetics
• Active Tennessee Aesthetician license, cosmetology license, or other applicable license required for the role
• Laser experience in a medical aesthetics or clinical aesthetic setting
• Strong working knowledge of ZO Skin Health products, protocols, and treatment planning
• Experience recommending and selling medical-grade skincare
• Ability to build customized yearly treatment plans
• Strong understanding of corrective skincare, anti-aging, acne, pigmentation, texture, rosacea, sun damage, and overall skin health
• Excellent communication and patient education skills
• Strong understanding of sanitation protocols and safety procedures in a clinical setting
• Comfort with sales goals, performance tracking, and monthly accountability
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

The right candidate must be comfortable leading these conversations and must not be afraid to sell skincare, treatment packages, or memberships when they are appropriate for the patient.

Work Environment

Jack + Jill Aesthetics is a fast-paced medical aesthetics practice. The right candidate must be able to move efficiently between consultations, treatments, product education, charting, rebooking, and patient follow-up while maintaining a calm, professional, and luxury-level patient experience.

This role requires energy, confidence, organization, and the ability to stay productive throughout the day.

Compensation

Compensation will be based on experience, schedule, qualifications, and performance. Commission or bonus opportunities may be available based on skincare sales, service revenue, memberships, and overall performance.
