Full-time Aesthetic NP or PA for Plastic Surgery Practice

Due to continued growth, Cynthia Gregg MD, Face & Body Specialists, is expanding our team with a dedicated Aesthetic Advanced Practice Provider with injectable and laser experience . We are seeking an experienced, patient-centered clinician who shares our commitment to natural-looking outcomes, ethical care, safe and effective treatments, and clinical excellence. Responsibilities include

Perform a full range of aesthetic treatments — including injectables (neuromodulators and dermal fillers), laser treatments, skin rejuvenation therapies, and other non-surgical procedures — with a focus on achieving natural, harmonious results.

Conduct thorough consultations, develop individualized treatment plans, and guide patients through honest, education-first conversations about realistic expectations and outcomes.

Prioritize patient safety at every stage — from pre-treatment assessment through follow-up care — adhering to our high standards of clinical practice.

Utilize the latest aesthetic technologies and techniques available in our state-of-the-art facility, and maintain ongoing education to stay current with advances in the field. Our practice is known for being on the cutting edge of technology.

Collaborate with our experienced clinical team to deliver a seamless, effective, compassionate patient experience aligned with our practice's values.

Our Ideal Candidate

Active NP or PA licensure with a current, unrestricted license to practice in the state.

Demonstrated experience in aesthetic medicine, with hands-on proficiency in neurotoxins, hyaluronic acid fillers, lasers and other aesthetic treatments. At least 3 years experience in a similar role in an aesthetic practice setting.

A refined aesthetic eye and a genuine philosophy aligned with natural-looking enhancement — not dramatic alteration.

Strong interpersonal communication skills with the ability to build patient trust through transparency, empathy, and education.

Unwavering commitment to ethical practice — including the ability to decline or redirect treatments that are not in a patient's best interest.

Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively alongside Dr. Gregg, our aesthetic nurse injectors, aestheticians, OR team, and medical support staff.

Compensation

For this new position, compensation will be competitive, scaled to recognize the experience of the candidate, and will be a combination of an hourly rate and a generous bonus program based on revenue production. This is combined with full-time benefits.
