Pay Range: Dependent on experience. Compensation plan/bonus based on performance.

Hours: Part-Time: 2-3 Days/Week, 1-2 Saturdays per month

Position Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Registered Nurse, Nurse Practitioner, or Physician Assistant with a growth mindset to join our thriving aesthetic practice. The ideal candidate will be a compassionate, detail-oriented professional who can confidently perform a diverse range of non-surgical aesthetic procedures, emphasize benefits and outcomes, and contribute to an outstanding patient experience. This role is perfect for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to expand their expertise and contribute to our clinic's success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive patient consultations, assessing needs and developing personalized treatment plans.
  • Confidently administer a variety of injectable treatments (e.g., neurotoxins, dermal fillers).
  • Conduct laser skin rejuvenation, laser hair removal, and other advanced aesthetic procedures.
  • Educate patients on pre- and post-treatment care, product knowledge, and membership benefits.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records within our practice management software.
  • Address patient questions and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
  • Actively contribute to a positive and uplifting clinic atmosphere, embodying a "can-do" attitude.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with industry trends and techniques.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve practice goals and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Promote recurring services and loyalty programs to build deeper patient commitment.
  • Proactively offer consultations to every caller and clearly outline the consultation process and fees.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in an aesthetic medical practice.
  • Active and unrestricted license in Virginia.
  • Certification in aesthetic procedures is a must.
  • Strong knowledge of aesthetic products, procedures, and patient care best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and consultation skills.
  • A positive, energetic, and empathetic demeanor with a genuine passion for helping patients achieve their aesthetic goals.
  • A strong growth mindset, eager to learn new techniques and contribute to continuous improvement.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Proficiency with practice management software and electronic health records.
  • Have an established social media following and social media know-how.
