Beautiful Skin Denver and Beautiful Skin Boulder, we are growing medical aesthetics practices serving the Denver and Boulder communities. Our environment is fun, fast paced, and growth oriented, with clinical oversight from our Medical Director, a board certified Plastic Surgeon.

We are seeking a motivated, talented, and self driven Aesthetics RN, BSN, NP, or PA to join our team 2 to 3 days per week, with opportunity for additional hours between our two locations. The ideal candidate has a strong passion for cosmetic medicine, including injectables, laser treatments, and advanced aesthetic procedures, and brings a minimum of three years of hands on aesthetic experience in a medical spa or dermatology setting.

Our patients always come first. The right candidate must demonstrate exceptional communication skills, clinical judgment, and the ability to collaborate seamlessly with both patients and team members. Aesthetics Injector must be skilled in injectables and laser treatments but also understands the business side of aesthetics, upselling, treatment planning, and patient retention. We are expanding our team in anticipation of our current PA injector’s maternity leave later this year and are looking for someone who is committed to growth, education, and delivering results.

Your Role & Responsibilities

• Lead consultations & create customized, high-value treatment plans that integrate multiple modalities (lasers, injectables, skincare, energy-based devices).
• Perform advanced aesthetic and wellness treatments including neuromodulators (Botox), dermal fillers, Sculptra, laser services, RF microneedling, and sclerotherapy, along with IV hydration therapy, NAD treatments, and medical weight loss services.
• Upsell and cross-sell treatments, packages, and memberships to drive patient retention and revenue growth.
• Retain patients and build long-term relationships through consistent follow-ups and engagement.
• Proactively grow your patient base: you should be excited about networking, referrals, and patient retention strategies.
• Stay ahead of the industry by continuously learning and bringing innovative treatment techniques to the practice.
• Participate in marketing initiatives, including social media content, patient testimonials, and MedSpa events.
• Follow up with clients 24-48 hours after treatment.
• Maintain knowledge of products/treatments being offered and stays up to date on all certifications and licenses
• Welcome clients into the business & get them started on appropriate paperwork
• Encourage clients to leave reviews and do Facebook check-in’s.
• Maintain client charts & records
• Meet and exceed product & service goals
• Assist with tasks to prepare for patients including changing rooms over, ensure proper set up, and maintaining a cleanly environment
• Maintain a high patient retention rate and work to grow a strong clientele

• Must maintain a professional image and attitude
• Able to address concerns in a positive way and not complain
• Must follow company dress code.
• Reliable Transportation even in bad weather
• Punctual, tardiness is not acceptable

Qualifications

• Active Colorado RN, NP, or PA license in good standing (required)
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a medical aesthetics practice administering neuromodulators and dermal fillers
• Experience performing laser treatments and energy based procedures required
• Experience performing sclerotherapy preferred
• Proven experience as an injector with a strong portfolio of work and professional references
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Current BLS certification preferred
• Strong clinical judgment with a commitment to patient safety and accurate documentation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Professional appearance with a polished bedside manner
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative, team based environment

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Pay: $45+ per hour (DOE) + Highly Competitive Performance-Based Commission Structure
