Reneux Med and Day Spa provides top-tier medical aesthetic treatments and physician-grade skincare in a welcoming, patient-focused environment. We are seeking a motivated, professional, and patient-focused Experienced Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner to join our growing practice. In this role, you will conduct new patient consultations and perform a variety of aesthetic treatments, including laser procedures and cosmetic injectables.

About the Role

As an Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner, you will be the welcoming face of our practice, performing aesthetic laser procedures and cosmetic injectables treatments while creating a positive and memorable experience for every patient. You will uphold the highest standards of patient safety and professionalism, combining skill with a warm, friendly, and approachable demeanor in all interactions.

Our need for this position will be part-time to start (Tue/Fri/Sat) with the potential to transition to full-time based on performance, patient demand, and proficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet patients, conduct consultations & skin assessments, recommend treatment plans and at-home skincare regimens
• Perform aesthetic laser procedures and cosmetic injections safely, follow-up with patients and promote continued care
• Document treatments in EMR and review patient charts
• Cultivate patient trust through safe, results-driven treatments and attentive service to support retention and referrals
• Promote yourself and offered treatments to attract new patients
• Meet or exceed sales goals while maintaining patient care standards
• Maintain treatment rooms, manage inventory and assist with equipment maintenance
• Support daily operations, scheduling, and team training

Qualifications:

• Current NP licensure in good standing
• Experience in aesthetic medicine, laser procedures and cosmetic injectables preferred
• Positive, professional demeanor with exceptional customer service, sales, communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and outcomes
• Team player who is self-motivated, detail-oriented, highly organized
• Possesses excellent time management and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with the clinical team
• Tech-savvy (EMR, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)

While two years previous experience in a similar aesthetic practice is preferred, we are willing to train the right candidate. If selected for training, Candidates should understand that developing proficiency in aesthetic procedures requires a significant time commitment and will involve an extended training period.
