Experienced Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner (NP) / Physician Assistant (PA)

Please note: This is NOT an entry-level position. We’re looking for someone with hands-on experience in aesthetic treatments who is confident, skilled, and truly passionate about this field.

About the Role

We’re looking for a warm, experienced, and motivated Aesthetic NP or PA to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who loves connecting with patients, has a great eye for aesthetics, and takes pride in delivering natural, beautiful results.

You’ll play a key role in creating an exceptional patient experience—from consultation to treatment to follow-up—while working in a supportive, upbeat environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Performing advanced aesthetic treatments, including:
• RF Microneedling
• Neuromodulators (Botox/Jeuveau)
• Dermal Fillers & Facial Balancing
• Laser Treatments
• Morpheus8
• Body Contouring including BTL devices
• IV/IM infusion therapy (with more services to come)
• Conducting thoughtful, personalized consultations and building customized treatment plans
• Educating patients on treatments, skincare, and realistic outcomes in a clear and approachable way
• Providing pre- and post-care guidance and taking patient photos
• Maintaining accurate and thorough documentation for every patient interaction
• Ensuring all treatments are performed safely and in compliance with medical standards
• Building genuine relationships with patients to support retention and trust
• Assisting with social media and content creation (and having the opportunity to grow your own presence)

What We’re Looking For

• Active California Licensed NP or PA
• Minimum 2+ years of hands-on aesthetic experience
• Strong knowledge of facial anatomy and safety
• A friendly, positive, and bubbly personality with great bedside manner
• Someone who can make patients feel comfortable, heard, and confident
• A team player who is also self-driven and takes initiative
• Passion for aesthetics and continuous learning

Details

• Location: Irvine, CA
• Full-time or Part-time
• In-office role, Monday–Friday (8 hour shifts) ( 3 days a week MIN)
