We are seeking an Experienced Esthetician who is passionate about delivering results-driven treatments and elevated guest experiences. What You’ll Do

• Perform advanced services including medical-grade facials, microneedling, chemical peels, and dermaplaning
• Create customized treatment plans aligned with guest goals
• Confidently recommend and sell medical-grade homecare and treatment packages
• Deliver a 5-star experience that drives retention and loyalty
• Stay accountable to performance goals and KPIs
• Contribute to a team culture focused on growth, education, and excellence

Who You Are

• Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in advanced skincare services (required)
• Licensed Esthetician (Arizona)
• A self-starter who thrives in both independent and team environments
• Passionate about results, education, and continuous improvement
• Comfortable with consultation, rebooking, and retail sales
• Committed to your schedule, your guests, and your team
