HumanBlu is a physician-supervised regenerative clinic in North Scottsdale specializing in advanced skin health and human optimization. Licensed medical doctors are onsite daily, and our protocols, technology, and standards reflect that.

We are hiring a skilled, EXPERIENCED Medical Aesthetician who wants to grow their clientele inside a medically integrated environment, not just perform treatments, but build something long term.

Who We’re Looking For

• Licensed Arizona Medical Aesthetician + Certified Laser Tech (2+ years preferred)
• Experienced with Hydrafacial, Glo2, Morpheus8, and laser platforms
• Confident in consultations and package conversion
• Motivated to build and grow a strong book of business
• Professional, accountable, and results-driven

The Role

You will perform advanced treatments, design customized protocols, collaborate with providers, and educate clients, while actively building and marketing your own clientele within our ecosystem.

We provide the facility, medical oversight, equipment, support staff, and brand platform.
You bring the skill, initiative, and production.

Compensation includes hourly base plus commission and tips, with growth tied directly to performance.

This is a high-standard clinical environment for aestheticians who take their career seriously and want room to grow.

Commission based pay
