Experienced Aesthetician & laser Technician

Position Overview

AZ Laser Studio Med Spa is seeking a licensed Esthetician and Laser Technician with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in a clinical or medical spa setting. The ideal candidate is passionate about skincare, detail-oriented, and skilled in both traditional esthetic treatments and advanced laser technologies with a strong background in sales.

Responsibilities

• Perform professional skincare treatments including customized facials, chemical peels, dermaplaning,laser hair removal, IPL, laser resurfacing, skin toning, radio frequency and tattoo removal
• Conduct thorough client consultations and create personalized treatment plans
• Maintain accurate treatment records and ensure client safety during all services
• Educate clients on post-treatment care and ongoing skincare routines
• Uphold sanitation standards and comply with state regulations and spa policies
• Inventory
• Support a positive, team-oriented environment while contributing to spa growth
• Attend monthly team meetings and in studio events
• Uphold the core values of AZ Laser Studio Med Spa to ensure maximum client satisfaction

Qualifications

• Active Esthetician License
• Certified Laser Technician credential
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience performing esthetic and laser treatments
• Strong knowledge of skin biology, laser safety, and treatment planning
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills
• Ability to work independently and maintain high professional standards
• Ability to meet monthly sales goals
• Attend continuing education classes on a monthly basis
• Coachable

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
