Experienced Airbnb Cleaner - Permanent / Core Team

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Guest Experience Manager to join our core team on a permanent basis. In this role, you will be responsible for top-notch guest experience--ensuring every property is spotless, welcoming, and ready for guests. Your attention to detail and commitment to high standards will help create memorable stays, foster repeat bookings and create Instagram-worthy clean vacation homes. This position offers an energetic environment where your cleaning expertise and customer service skills will shine, making a real difference in guest experiences.

Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential properties, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas, ensuring they meet company standards for cleanliness and presentation
• Execute detailed sanitation procedures to maintain hygiene and safety for guests and staff
• Never skipping floor care tasks such as vacuuming and mopping to keep surfaces spotless and well-maintained
• Manage laundry duties efficiently, including washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels for each property, as well as keeping storage closets neat and organized -- Laundry is done offsite at a separate location
• Handle housekeeping responsibilities with professionalism, including restocking supplies and maintaining cleaning equipment
• Provide excellent customer service by preparing the home as if your family or someone close to you were renting it for a vacation -- exercising empathy and self-awareness into how your job impacts travelers
• Maintain detailed cleaning logs through our mobile apps and report any damages or maintenance issues immediately
• We provide your cleaning supplies and equipment, clean laundry at the start of your day, and necessary tools for success

Requirements

• Valid driver's license, your own reliable vehicle that can get you to job sites every day.
• Experience and comfortabilty with cell phone apps and/or learning new apps.
• Proven experience in residential cleaning or hotel housekeeping management, minimum 2 years total experience with relevant job experience in the last 1 year
• Airbnb/VRBO housekeeping preferred, but not required
• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation standards, proper home cleaning care methods (what to do, and what not to do), and cleaning agent chemistry do's and don'ts
• Ability to perform detailed cleaning tasks efficiently while maintaining high quality standards and time budget goals
• Excellent communication skills with a positive attitude and professional demeanor
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
• Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift heavy items, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
