Experienced - Artificial Turf Installer

Job Summary
Must live in the Austin surrounding areas. No out of state applications. We are seeking a motivated and experienced Artificial Turf Installer with at least 2 years experience, to join our dynamic landscaping team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing high-quality artificial turf across residential and commercial properties, ensuring a flawless finish that meets client expectations. Your expertise will help transform outdoor spaces into vibrant, low-maintenance landscapes that stand the test of time. Duties

• Prepare surfaces by removing existing grass, debris, and obstacles to ensure a smooth installation process
• Measure and layout designated areas accurately to ensure precise turf placement
• Use hand tools and power tools to cut, shape, and secure artificial turf efficiently
• Install sub-base materials such as gravel or sand to create a stable foundation for the turf
• Secure turf using stakes, adhesives, or other fastening methods while maintaining consistent tension and alignment
• Conduct irrigation system adjustments or repairs as needed to prevent water pooling and ensure proper drainage
• Perform routine maintenance on installed turf, including brushing and cleaning to preserve appearance and longevity

Skills

• Proven experience in artificial turf installation or related landscaping fields
• Strong knowledge of irrigation systems, landscape maintenance, and lawn care techniques
• Skilled in using hand tools such as shovels, rakes, knives, and trowels as well as power tools like drills and saws
• Familiarity with gardening, horticulture principles, and general landscaping practices
• Ability to read blueprints or layout plans accurately for precise installation
• Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship
• Good physical stamina for outdoor work in various weather conditions
