• You have 3+ years of experience as an automotive technician in a professional repair shop
• You have solid diagnostic ability and the confidence to work independently
• You take pride in your work and care about doing the job right... not just getting it done

• You show up. On time, ready to work, ready to contribute
• ASE certifications are preferred but not required. We'll invest in helping you earn them if you're serious about your craft
