Qualifications

As an F&I Manager you will be empowered with the resources and support needed to get every driver into the perfect deal.

· 2+ years of Prior Automotive Dealership F&I Manager experience REQUIRED

· Outstanding Communication skills both written and verbal REQUIRED

· Strong attention to detail and a high sense of urgency REQUIRED

· ADP/CDK experience PREFERRED

Responsibilities

• Oversee the finance and insurance operations within the dealership, ensuring compliance with TILA regulations.
• Assist customers in understanding financing options and processing loan applications.
• Negotiate terms with lenders to secure favorable financing for clients.
• Analyze credit reports and financial data to assess customer eligibility.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and exceptional service.
• Collaborate with sales teams to enhance customer satisfaction and streamline the purchasing process.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120,000.00 - $240,000.00 per year
