We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to participate in all F&I related tasks in a high volume dealership. This position requires a reliable professional with broad knowledge to all accounting, financial and business principles. They are strategic thinkers and effective leaders who can make the most profitable decisions.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrated, verifiable track record is a requirement prior to interview
- Set targets for monthly and yearly KPI's.
- Drive Sales Volume, Gross and Performance
- Prepare timely and detailed reports on financial performance on a quarterly and annual basis
- Conduct analysis to make forecasts and report to upper executives
- Ensure adherence to financial laws and guidelines
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven Experience: Verifiable track record as an Automotive F&I Manager or Director of Finance in a high-volume dealership environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Expert-level knowledge of DMS and F&I software, specifically Tekion and Route One (Training available if needed)
- Regulatory Knowledge: In-depth understanding of corporate finance, state-specific automotive laws, and lending best practices.
- Leadership: Strong organizational skills with the ability to lead a diverse team and manage relationships with lending partners and investors.
- Communication: Outstanding interpersonal abilities to effectively negotiate with lenders and build trust with customers.
