Joyce Honda, a trusted and well-established dealership in Denville, NJ, is currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounting Clerk to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone experienced in Automotive Accounting who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities include but are not limited:

●Accounts payable, booking deals, cash receipts, cancelations of products, finance reserves, bank reconciliations other duties as needed

● Work closely with the Controller and all departments within the dealership

● Maintain compliance with all state and federal sales tax

● Maintain accurate records and documentation for audits and internal controls

Requirements:

● 3+ years of experience in an automotive office environment

● Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and deadlines

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

● CDK experience is strongly preferred

● Leadership experience in an automotive office strongly preferred
