Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive diagnostics on vehicles using advanced automotive electrical systems, schematics, and diagnostic tools to identify issues accurately.
• Conduct repairs on powertrain components, including engines, transmissions, and diesel engines, ensuring optimal performance and longevity.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to execute repairs such as brake work, suspension adjustments, wheel alignments, and welding tasks.
• Service vehicle maintenance needs including oil changes, fluid replacements, tire rotations, and routine inspections to uphold safety standards.
• Repair or replace automotive electrical systems, ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems), and auto body components with precision.
• Follow manufacturer specifications and schematics meticulously to ensure repairs meet industry standards.
• Maintain detailed service records and communicate clearly with customers about repair procedures, timelines, and recommended services.

Skills

• Proven dealership or automotive repair shop experience with a strong background in automotive diagnostics and mechanical repair.
• Extensive knowledge of automotive electrical systems, powertrain components, and vehicle maintenance protocols.
• Skilled in using diagnostic software, schematics reading, and troubleshooting complex vehicle issues.
• Proficient with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and alignment machines to perform precise repairs.
• Experience working on "high end" European vehicles or similar makes is preferred but not required.
• Ability to handle ADAS calibration procedures and diesel engine repairs confidently.
• ASE Certification is desired, but not mandatory at this time.
• Excellent customer service skills combined with a proactive attitude toward vehicle care and safety compliance.
