Experienced Automotive Technician – Full Time – Monday thru Friday

Qualifications

• Strong automotive background
• Strong skills in teamwork and communication
• Valid driver’s license
• Attention to detail and the ability to see tasks through
• Prompt and courteous
• IM Certification
• ASEs preferred
• Experience: 3 years Automotive (Required)

Responsibilities

• Capable of performing lubrications, oil changes, maintenance, tire services, and inspections
• Ability to service multiple makes and models
• Perform duties per repair order with efficiency and accuracy
• This may include but is not limited to the repair of vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc
• Test a vehicle’s components and systems using necessary test drives, diagnostic tools, and special service equipment
• Communicate directly with the Service Advisor regarding the vehicle’s status and any additional needs
• If additional repairs are needed, provide an estimate of the time needed for those repairs
• Complete all tasks assigned in a timely manner and maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed or needed
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area following prescribed safety regulations
• The technician must provide their own tools. Specialty tools are provided.
