GermanTech NW is looking for an experienced Automotive Technician who can contribute immediately and help us keep up with growing car count.

We are looking for someone who wants to work in a shop that values quality, speed, communication, and accountability.

We specialize in European vehicles, while also servicing Asian and American vehicles, so this is a great fit for a technician who is confident in general repair, maintenance, inspections, and diagnostics.

We are not looking for someone who just wants to punch a clock.

We are looking for someone who can stay productive, communicate clearly, and take pride in doing the job right.

Responsibilities

- Perform vehicle inspections and identify needed repairs

- Diagnose mechanical and drivability concerns

- Complete maintenance and repair work efficiently

- Perform brakes, suspension, steering, cooling system, and engine repair

- Use scan tools and service information properly

- Build accurate repair recommendations based on findings

- Complete repairs correctly and on time

- Maintain a clean and organized work area

- Work well with the service advisor and the rest of the team

What We’re Looking For

- Previous experience as an Automotive Technician

- Strong mechanical ability

- Diagnostic ability

- Experience with inspections and repair recommendations

- Ability to work independently and stay productive

- Own tools

- Valid driver’s license

- European vehicle experience is a plus, but not required

Bonus if you have experience with:

- BMW

- Mercedes-Benz

- Audi / Volkswagen

- MINI

- Porsche

- Sprinter Vans

Schedule

- Monday to Friday

- Full-time

- No weekends
