Auto Direct Service is hiring an experienced Automotive Technician / Auto Mechanic to increase production and expand our growing service department.

We are a busy, high-volume independent repair shop with steady customer-pay and internal workflow. Big jobs are booked a week out, and we are ready to add the right producer to our team.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced technician who can consistently produce 50+ flagged hours per week and work independently.

Ideal candidates have strong skills in:

• Engine repair and engine replacement
• Transmission R&R
• Suspension and steering systems
• Brake repair
• Cooling system repair
• A/C service and repair
• Electrical diagnostics
• Check engine light diagnosis
• Drivability concerns

You should be comfortable diagnosing problems accurately and completing repairs efficiently.

Compensation

Annual earning potential: $70,000 – $100,000+

Compensation is based on experience, productivity, and certifications.
Full pay structure will be discussed during the interview.

High producers earn at the top of the range.

• 5+ years professional automotive repair experience
• Strong diagnostic ability
• Own tools
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable and production-focused
• Team-oriented mindset

ASE certifications are a plus.
