Experienced B2B Cold Caller / Appointment Setter (US Campaign)

We are looking for a highly skilled and energetic B2B Cold Caller to join our team in Gulberg, Lahore. We specialize in providing cutting-edge digital solutions to businesses across the United States—specifically focusing on Websites, AI Chatbots, Voice Agents, and advanced Workflow Automation.

Your mission is straightforward: dial out to US businesses, generate interest, and set up qualified appointments (Zoom calls) for our sales experts to close. If you have a proven track record in B2B cold calling and know how to confidently navigate gatekeepers and engage decision-makers, we want you on our team.

What You Will Be Doing

• Outbound Calling: Actively cold call business owners and decision-makers in the United States.
• Appointment Setting: Pitch the value of our tech services (Websites, Chatbots, Voice Agents, Automation) to secure and schedule Zoom meetings.
• Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate notes and update the status of calls within our system.
• Consistent Follow-up: Ensure interested prospects are warmed up and ready for their scheduled Zoom calls.

• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable grasping basic concepts about websites, AI, and business automation so you can explain their value to prospects easily.
• Reliability: Punctual and capable of thriving in a night-shift environment.
• Location: Must be able to commute to our office in Gulberg, Lahore.

Location: Gulberg, Lahore (On-site) Job Type: Full-time Salary: PKR 60,000 – PKR 100,000 per month (Commensurate with experience) Working Hours: Night Shift | 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM OR 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM (Depending on the specific US time zone being targeted)
