Experienced Baker

O Bread Bakery is looking for an experienced baker. We are looking for someone who has experience with artisan breads; experience with production, mixing bread dough, bench work, and some baking.

Skillsets we are interested in: familiarity/knowledge with bread production using natural levain, oven work, hand skills in dividing and shaping loaves.

This is for a full time, year round position. A pleasant working environment and Vermont's first artisan bread bakery - We are looking for people who are punctual, detail oriented, good team workers and self motivated. Must be able to work well in a team and have good communication skills.
