Experienced Banquet Hall Manager Required

We require a professional and experienced Banquet Hall Manager to handle complete operations of a running banquet hall in Muridke, including events, staff, customers, and vendors. Candidate must have direct experience in wedding halls or marquees.

Mandatory Responsibilities (Hands-On)

• Complete end-to-end management of wedding & event functions (Mehndi, Barat, Walima, Nikah, Corporate Events).
• Direct supervision of banquet staff, floor managers, waiters, cleaners, and security.
• On-ground presence during events (no remote or office-based role).
• Handle client meetings, finalize event details, and ensure commitments are fulfilled.
• Manage decor setup, seating plans, stage, lighting, sound, and event timelines.
• Coordinate with catering, décor, photography, sound, and valet teams.
• Resolve guest complaints immediately during events.
• Ensure hall cleanliness, discipline, and service standards.
• Maintain daily attendance, inventory, and event checklists.
