Experienced Barista

The Barista / Cook at Miero is more than a service role — it’s a front-of-house ambassador and brand builder. This position is responsible for delivering exceptional food and beverage quality while creating genuine, lasting relationships with our customers.

We’re looking for people who care deeply about hospitality, take pride in their craft, and want to grow into leadership as Miero expands.

Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Experience & Hospitality (Top Priority)

  • Deliver high-energy, warm, and professional service every shift
  • Learn customer names, preferences, and routines
  • Create a welcoming environment that makes guests want to return
  • Handle customer concerns with empathy, urgency, and ownership
  • Represent Miero’s brand values in every interaction

Barista & Cook Execution

  • Prepare coffee, espresso, matcha, food items, and specialty drinks to Miero standards
  • Maintain consistency, speed, and cleanliness during high-volume periods
  • Follow recipes, portioning, and quality controls
  • Support both bar and kitchen stations as needed

Team & Operations

  • Communicate clearly with teammates during rushes
  • Follow opening, closing, and mid-shift checklists
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe workspace
  • Support training of new team members once proficient

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal

Pay: $21.30 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 40 per week
