Job Description:

This position will require:

• Excellent customer service skills
• Training and knowledge of all things coffee
• Handling cash and credit transactions
• Being accountable for cash drawers
• Preparing coffee and specialty drinks
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
• Running side work/cleaning during shift
• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages to perfection.
• Provide friendly, attentive service to create a positive experience for every guest.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure efficiency and safety.
• Assist with restocking supplies and keeping track of inventory.
• Work collaboratively with team members to uphold our high standards of quality and service.

What We're Looking For

We’re seeking someone who shares our love for coffee and customer service.

• At least 1 year of experience as a barista or in a similar role (required).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and teammates.
• A proactive attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering top-notch products.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
