We’re looking for a passionate, customer-focused Experienced Barista to join our vibrant café
team. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience, a love for coffee culture, and the ability
to create a warm, welcoming experience for every guest.

- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, espresso, and tea beverages to our standards
- Provide friendly, attentive service and create a positive customer experience
- Assist guests with menu selections and offer thoughtful recommendations
- Operate POS system and handle cash/credit transactions accurately
- Maintain accountability for cash drawers
- Keep the café clean, organized, and welcoming at all times
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Restock supplies and assist with basic inventory tracking
- Complete side work and cleaning tasks during shifts
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth, efficient service
- Minimum 1–2 years of barista or relevant food service experience (required)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to engage warmly and positively with customers
- Experience with POS systems and cash handling
- Strong time management and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety and handling practices
- Passion for coffee and willingness to learn brewing techniques and latte art
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
- Social media skills are a plus
