Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with precision and flair
• Operate POS systems to process orders accurately and efficiently
• Handle cash transactions, perform cashiering duties, and manage cash handling responsibilities with integrity
• Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with guests warmly and addressing their needs promptly
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards by following proper food handling, preparation, and sanitation procedures
• Assist in food preparation tasks to ensure timely service of baked goods, snacks, or light meals
• Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure smooth operations and minimal wait times

Skills

• Proven experience as a Barista with strong coffee-making skills and knowledge of café operations
• Familiarity with POS systems for seamless transaction processing
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect positively with diverse guests
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate register management
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques
• Ability to perform serving duties confidently while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and professionalism
