Summary

We are looking for an experienced barista to join our team! The ideal candidate is passionate about coffee, skilled in espresso-based drinks, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You’ll be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, engaging with customers, and maintaining our shop’s welcoming vibe.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve espresso-based drinks, iced drips, and bottled coffee with precision and care.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring every guest has a positive experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the barista station and work area.
• Assist with restocking and inventory management.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining quality.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of barista experience preferred.
• Skills: Strong knowledge of espresso preparation, milk steaming, and coffee extraction.
• Availability: Open availability preferred; must be able to work 15-25 hours per week including weekends.
• Attitude: Friendly, reliable, and a team player who takes initiative.
