Experienced Barista / Bartender

Job Summary
Via Quadronno is seeking an experienced and passionate Barista / Bartender to join our fast-paced, high-end restaurant and café team. We are looking for someone who takes pride in crafting exceptional coffee beverages and cocktails while delivering outstanding hospitality in an upscale dining environment.

This is a full-time position requiring flexibility for night shifts and weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve high-quality espresso drinks, coffee beverages, teas, cocktails, wine, and specialty drinks with consistency and attention to detail
• Maintain strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques, espresso extraction, milk steaming, beverage presentation, and basic bartending operations
• Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming guest experience in a fast-paced, upscale environment
• Work efficiently during high-volume service periods while handling multiple tasks simultaneously
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary coffee bar and bar area throughout each shift
• Follow recipes, operational standards, and restaurant procedures accurately
• Demonstrate leadership skills by supporting team members and maintaining professionalism under pressure
• Restock supplies, monitor inventory levels, and communicate operational needs to management
• Collaborate with front-of-house and kitchen staff to ensure smooth daily operations

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of barista experience in a café, restaurant, or high-volume hospitality environment
• Bartending knowledge and experience required
• Passion for coffee, hospitality, and guest service
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and instructions consistently
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Leadership qualities with the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
• Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in all work areas
• Full-time availability required
• Night shifts and weekend availability are mandatory
