Experienced Barista / Café Team Member

The Village Coffee & Crêperie is looking for an experienced, energetic, and dependable team member to join our café family.

This is more than a barista position. We are seeking someone who enjoys working with people, provides exceptional customer service, and is willing to assist in all areas of café operations. In a small business, every team member plays an important role, and we value those who are proactive, hardworking, and ready to help wherever needed.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare espresso drinks, coffee beverages, and specialty drinks
• Deliver outstanding customer service
• Take customer orders and process payments
• Run food and beverages to guests
• Bus and clean tables
• Wash dishes and maintain a clean workspace
• Assist with food preparation as needed
• Complete opening and closing duties
• Support daily café operations and help wherever needed

Requirements:

• Previous barista experience required
• Strong customer service experience required
• Must be at least 19 years old and legally eligible to serve alcohol in Arizona
• Must be available to work weekends
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable, punctual, and professional
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Team player with a willingness to learn and help in all areas of the café
