Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Barista to oversee daily coffee operations and play a key role in drink menu creation and execution. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in quality and consistency, and is excited by the opportunity to grow with a new concept.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day coffee operations in a high-volume environment
- Ensure consistent quality, speed, and presentation of all beverages
- Collaborate with leadership on coffee and specialty drink menu development
- Train, coach, and support baristas to maintain high standards
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper equipment care
- Assist with inventory management and ordering related to the coffee program
- Uphold Monti’s brand standards, service style, and guest experience
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years experience working in a high-volume coffee shop
- Strong knowledge of espresso, milk steaming, and beverage workflow
- Leadership mindset with the ability to guide and support a team
- Creative interest in drink development and menu innovation
- Ability to take direction, adapt, and implement feedback effectively
- Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
- Passion for hospitality, quality coffee, and wellness-focused concepts

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
