After rebuilding our flagship North Bend drive-thru and café in 2019, we became one of the busiest coffee spots in the Pacific Northwest and expanded across King County. We're hiring a Barista for our Snoqualmie drive-thru location: a coffee enthusiast who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and loves creating great drinks and genuine connections.

Key Responsibilities

• Craft consistently excellent espresso, coffee, and specialty beverages with precision and care.
• Deliver outstanding hospitality, professionalism, and positive energy to every guest.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.
• Communicate clearly with team members to keep operations running smoothly.
• Assist with inventory, stocking, and basic equipment care as needed.
• Contribute to a team culture of positivity, accountability, and shared success.

Qualifications & Requirements

• 6+ months of barista experience preferred, ideally in a high-volume setting.
• Commitment to at least 1 year of employment—we're looking for long-term team members, not short-term or seasonal hires.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation, including in winter weather conditions.

Availability

• Required: Both Saturday and Sunday availability—we cannot consider candidates without weekend shifts.
• Flexible scheduling for full-time or part-time roles.

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting base wage: $17.13/hr + tips (averaging $20+/hr total).
