Experienced Barista ( Weekend availability)

At The Simple Fare, we are passionate about serving our community with vibrant, high-quality ingredients, premium coffee, and our neighborhood-favorite specialty drinks. We are an established, fast-paced cafe and all day breakfast and lunch cafe and are looking for a talented Barista to join our close-knit team and help elevate our weekend coffee experience.

What We Are Looking For:

We need someone who is confident behind a commercial espresso machine and genuinely loves the craft of hospitality.

• The Skills: You must be experienced in dialing in espresso, pulling flawless shots, and creating clean, beautiful latte art consistently.
• The Pace: Experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced cafe environment is a must. You can keep your cool, move efficiently, and maintain quality when a rush hits.
• The Schedule: Reliability is everything to us. You must be fully available to work Saturdays and Sundays. (If you are looking for extra hours, we can absolutely offer additional weekday shifts as well!)
• The Commute: Must have reliable transportation or a seamless commute to our location in downtown Millburn.
