Experienced Barista/Cashier, - $20-$24/hour (including tips)

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Greet every guest with warmth and professionalism
• Take orders at the counter, process payments, and handle busy service with ease
• Have strong knowledge of our menu items (ingredients, flavors, and pairings)
• Communicate clearly with leadership, kitchen, and front-of-house team
• Maintain a clean, organized cafe throughout your shift (tables, counters, bathrooms, floors)
• Pour and serve beer and wine (must be of legal age)
• Perform all opening and closing duties as directed

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Experience required — previous barista or high-volume restaurant experience strongly preferred
• Flexible availability — must be able to work a mix of weekdays, weekends, and varied shifts as needed
• Outgoing personality and commitment to exceptional customer service
• A true team player with strong communication skills
• Dependable, motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Neat, professional appearance at all times
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long shifts
